Tom Atley has worked as a mortgage specialist for more than 16years, accumulating vast experience of purchases, first-time buyers, remortgages and buy-to-let properties.
Experienced and qualified, Tom holds the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP), as well as a BA from the University of East Anglia. He is a proactive adviser, always willing to go above and beyond to find the best mortgage deals.
Based in Loose, near Maidstone, Kent, Tom is very active in his local community, working with residents in surrounding villages from Tovil to Boughton Monchelsea and Coxheath. With the backing of national firm Tenet Financial Services, he is also happy to work with clients around the country.
Tom offers a comprehensive protection service, advising on life insurance, income protection and critical illness cover. He takes a holistic approach to advising, taking a genuine interest in his clients in order to tailor his advice to their unique circumstances.
Outside of work, he helps in his local community with North-Loose Residents Association. He has a variety of fitness-based hobbies and is a proud member of local running club Mote Runners, regularly running the Maidstone or Mote Parkrun on a Saturday morning.
