This guide offers information for prospective and existing Landlords looking to rent their property through Page & Wells. We have an experienced, professional and ARLA trained team to support you along the way.


Our highly experienced lettings team at Page & Wells will help find you your ideal home in the location that works for you.

Once you have found a property with us, and the Landlord has accepted your offer, you will be asked to complete an application form and provide the following –

  • Proof of identification for each applicant (passport, driving licence)
  • Proof of address for each applicant (ideally bank statement or utility bill)
  • Holding deposit (equivalent to 1 weeks’ rent)

All tenants proceeding with renting a property through Page & Wells will be fully referenced so you will need to have the following information

  • Your employment details
  • If you are self-employed have accounts/tax returns
  • Your current landlord details
  • Your UK bank account details
  • 3 years address history
